Barefoot Shoes Usage Instructions and Care Recommendations
Comfimore Barefoot Shoes User Manual and Care Recommendations
I. Things to know before wearing
Barefoot shoes are completely different from regular platform shoes; when you first wear them, your feet will feel the ground more "realistically." It's recommended to start gradually.

💡Letting your feet return to nature is a form of training, and also a form of freedom.
II. Correct way of wearing
• Choose the right size: There should be about 0.5–1 cm of space at the toe box so that the toes can spread out naturally.
• Before wearing the shoes, you can gently press the soles to allow them to naturally rebound and regain their elasticity.
• You can wear socks or go barefoot: going barefoot allows you to feel the ground best; thin socks are suitable for initial or long-term wear.
• Maintain a natural gait when walking: land on the ball or midfoot (not the heel), and keep your knees slightly bent.
III. Cleaning and Maintenance Methods
• Washable (hand washing is preferred): Gently wash with a neutral detergent and water.
• Avoid high-temperature exposure or drying: Please place in a cool, ventilated place to air dry naturally.
• Do not machine wash or soak for extended periods to avoid damaging the sole structure.
• For those who wear it more than 3 times a week, it is recommended to clean it once a week.
IV. Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Concepts
Comfimore shoes feature soles made from environmentally friendly and recyclable materials that are lightweight, durable, and reduce carbon footprint.

V. Precautions
⚠️ It is not recommended to walk barefoot on rugged mountainous areas or sharp surfaces.
⚠️If you have an arch injury, foot lesions, or other similar conditions, please consult a doctor or physiotherapist first.
⚠️ Barefoot shoes are non-cushioned athletic shoes and are not recommended as primary shoes for intense running or weight training.
⚠️ Initial muscle soreness is a normal adaptation phenomenon and will improve in about 1-2 weeks.
