I. Things to know before wearing

Barefoot shoes are completely different from regular platform shoes; when you first wear them, your feet will feel the ground more "realistically." It's recommended to start gradually.

You can wear socks or go barefoot: going barefoot allows you to feel the ground best; thin socks are suitable for initial or long-term wear.

Maintain a natural gait when walking: land on the ball or midfoot (not the heel), and keep your knees slightly bent.

Washable (hand washing is preferred): Gently wash with a neutral detergent and water.

Avoid high-temperature exposure or drying: Please place in a cool, ventilated place to air dry naturally.

Do not machine wash or soak for extended periods to avoid damaging the sole structure.

For those who wear it more than 3 times a week, it is recommended to clean it once a week.
