Things to know before shopping
The product has a 7-day appreciation period (including public holidays) after receipt.
"The product must be clean and undamaged, unwashed, with all parts intact, and in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale, to qualify for return."
If you need to return or exchange an item, please apply for an exchange through the system or contact customer service (via Facebook or Instagram private message) within 7 days of receiving the goods to process the return or exchange. The following are the important notes for returns and exchanges:
▼We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items with damaged original packaging, removed tags, or items that have been washed.
▼We do not accept returns or exchanges for product damage caused by ignoring product care instructions.
▼Product images may vary in color. Images are for reference only. The actual product color shall prevail.
▼If you need to exchange a product for reasons other than product defects, a specialist will contact you after you apply for an exchange. Once the replacement product and size are confirmed, you will need to return the product yourself and pay for the round-trip postage.
▼If the order amount after a return does not meet the free shipping or promotional discount criteria, the refund will be reduced by the discounted shipping fee or the price difference.

Using the most secure third-party credit card payment service in the country, you can safely swipe your card online through the website and have your goods delivered to your door. It supports cards certified by the three major international credit card organizations: MasterCard, Visa, and JCB.
When you use the website's credit card payment information storage function, the system will make a small test transaction. This transaction will not actually deduct any money from your account, so please rest assured.
▼ Home delivery:
If you choose cash on delivery, the delivery person will collect payment from you upon delivery. Please be aware of incoming calls on your phone for delivery purposes.
▼ Convenience store pickup and payment:
You can choose to pick up your order and pay at the convenience store. When your goods arrive at the convenience store, you will receive a notification from the store. Please be sure to pick up your order at the convenience store within 7 days of receiving the notification.

Home delivery
Home delivery service area:
▼Shipping fee is NT$120 (Taiwan Island only). An additional NT$150 shipping fee applies to outlying islands (total NT$270).
▼Free shipping on orders of two or more pairs. The free shipping threshold is the same for both Taiwan proper and outlying islands. Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address.
▼After payment is completed, orders will be shipped out sequentially within 2 business days and delivered within approximately 2-5 business days after shipment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), except for remote areas.
▼ If there are different orders but the same recipient and delivery address, the system will automatically merge the shipments.
FamilyMart pickup
▼The shipping fee for pickup orders is NT$90 (Taiwan Island only). An additional NT$20 shipping fee applies to outlying islands (total NT$110).
▼Free shipping on orders of two or more pairs. The free shipping threshold is the same for both Taiwan proper and outlying islands.
